Isabelle's Favorite Things
Isabelle wanted to share with her Lili lovers what she will gift her family and friends this Christmas. Well, as you may expect, everyone in Montreal will be receiving her new SunKiss fragrance to make all that snow melt away. Oh! and that keychain has been such a hit, it will be on everyone’s bag. For her family and friends in Bermuda, here are some hints about what will be under the Christmas tree. As you will read, Isabelle loves to offer experiences….spending time with the ones she loves is very much her favorite thing.
Isabelle and her children love the outdoors and their house at Hungry Bay. Our fabulous neighbor Ian “Cheese” Bridges gives surf lessons in our Bay and at Horseshoe Bay for everyone who wants to get fit and have a blast. This is the best experience ever to feel alive and totally get in tune with nature. There is nothing like riding the Bermuda waves and Cheese is the kindest surfing instructor you will ever meet. The best place to spend a Sunday afternoon is at the National Museum of Bermuda, located at the Dockyard. Isabelle is a proud trustee of the museum and loves taking the children there. The view of Bermuda from Commissioner’s House is breathtaking. The children love running around in the playground, and tour the Shipwreck Exhibit among many others. Isabelle’s favorite is Graham Foster’s Grand Mural, which depicts the history of Bermuda. She also loves to fire the cannons, but that will be for another story…. Why not offer your family the gift of a Membership to the museum? www.nmb.bm
Isabelle’s daughters marvel at Alexandra Mosher’s pink sand jeweler….Alexandra is an amazing artist who creates lovely rings, necklaces and cufflinks inspired by our coral reefs. Her pieces are delicate, modern and unique. Her recent launch of “Twelve Sands” collection is amazing and a must for this Christmas. A gift for you….why not?
As you all know, Bermuda is Isabelle’s favorite place in the world. There is no better feeling than when you fly back to the Island and can see the Island appearing on the horizon surrounded with its magnificent coral reefs. Just thinking about this put tears in our eyes. Guess what? You can now charter a plane and tour the Island from East to West and marvel at the beauty of our Island. This experience is totally cool and you will return with the best pictures ever. www.blueskyflights.bm
We hope and pray you all have a lovely Christmas filled with love for your family and friends. Take the time during the holidays to just be together. Here in Bermuda, on Christmas Day we will go fishing, swimming at Elbow Beach and there will be open-house parties everywhere. Bermudians love their Christmas holidays…..Merry Christmas to you all!
